B/SPOKE RIDE INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

At B/SPOKE, we believe fitness should be inspiring, rewarding, and complementary to the rest of life's pursuits. For many, it's therapy — a way to reset, reconnect, and grow. Our approach is holistic, rooted in music, movement, and meaningful human connection.

We're looking for RIDE Instructors who are exceptional coaches first. They combine musicality, technical expertise, intentional programming, and authentic connection to create an unforgettable experience for every rider. Beyond the studio floor, they are professionals, teammates, and leaders who help strengthen the B/SPOKE community.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Role: Part-Time RIDE Instructor

  • Confidence creating energy, emotion, and connection in a room
  • The ability to design thoughtful playlists and class experiences
